Description: Plano-convex flint knife, probably of Bronze Age/Beaker Period date, perhaps c. 2,000 - 1,500 BCE. Some damage is evident at the proximal end, which may have occurred in antiquity . Both faces have been finely retouched, by pressure flaking although, typically, the dorsal surface has been more thoroughly knapped; shallow facets have been removed from both sides of the dorsal surface, resulting in the formation of a median ridge.

The raw material appears to be grey flint that has developed a light grey/white patina. The possibility exists that this piece may have been a ritual/grave deposit.
