Copper-alloy. Detector find from Medieval Fair site in East Yorkshire by Chris Hannard Complete example. Vertical arm has raised finial and slightly raised boss, chamfered edges to main body and a pointed lower terminal. In all other respects it is remarkably plain with no decoration on any of the surfaces. Height 8.3cm. Length of balance arm 7.5cm. Weight to balance 22 grains.
