											A cast copper-alloy medal issued to a member of the <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Independent_Order_of_Rechabites">Independent Order of Rechabites</a> and dating to the first world war period. A strap inscribed 'FOR SERVICE AND SACRIFICE 1914-1918' with 'IOR' at the centre, all enclosed by a wreath. The top of the medal is holed for suspension, The back is plain but has the makers mark, FATTORINI [ ].<br />

											A silver lozenge-shaped sports medal. The decoration consists of a small central cell within a cross-hatched panel, all enclosed in a ribbon with ribbed decoration which is quartered by folds. The remains of gilt or yellow enamel survive, mainly in the upper and lower quarters of the ribbon. The back of the medal is engraved with the details of the event, INTER-SHOP RELAY 2nd 6.6.31 in three lines. It bears the Birmingham (probably) hallmark used between 1928-9 and the makers mark J.T&Co, John Taylor &Co.

											A 9ct gold medal awarded for achievement in sports, games or athletics. It is of a type that was popular during the early part of the 20th century. Both the medal and suspension loop bear Birmingham hallmarks for the year 1912: / W.J.L. / 9 / .375 / sideways anchor / ’n’ /.

The front has a garnished raised shield engraved ’GR’ within a raised scrolled border. The reverse is engraved ’N.S.A.T.L. &amp; H.H.T RUNNERS UP 1911-12’.

											An Italian Red Cross medal, seemingly awarded to the Italian Consulate General in London. The ribbon associated with the medal is shown as Image 3.

Obverse: Woman holding steaming bowl, cross in background. Maker's name 'P. Tailetti' under bowl. Crowned 'Z' behind head.
Reverse: CROCE ROSSA ITALIANA below a cross with a floral background. The engraved inscription 'R CONSOLATO GEN. D'ITALIA LONDRA' below.

Three types of this medal are known and they all have three grades: gold, silver and bronze. The three types are mainly distinguishable by their diameter of 31.5, 28 or 22 mm. Little is known about them, but they would appear to have originated in the 1920's. They were awarded for &quot;merit in furthering the cause of the Red Cross&quot;.

											World War I Medal (1914 - 1915 Star) Awarded to Gunner Ernest C Baylis, Regimental Number 65315 of the Royal Field Artillery.

These stars were awarded to British and imperial forces in service in any theatre of war between 5 August 1914 and December 1915, other than those that had already qualified for the 1914 star,
this is one of 2,350,000 awarded.

Ribbon now missing but colours would have been watered silk red, white and blue.

Awarded to service personnel for three years service at home, one years service in a non-operational area (e.g. India) or six months service overseas in territories subjected to air attack or otherwise closely threatened. Personnel of Anti-Aircraft Command, RAF ground crews, Dominion forces stationed in the UK, the Home Guard, Civil Defence, National Fire Service and many other civilian units qualified for this medal.

											A silver shield-shaped sports medal.  Within the shield is a chevron with the date 1929-30 below. Above the shield is a cherub, and above this a scroll inscribed NEWPORT RUGBY. Below the shield is a scroll inscribed SUPPORTERS CLUB. The back of the medal is stamped THOMAS FATTORINI LIMITED BIRMINGHAM at the top, and below it is inscribed <i>W.J. WALL CUP. 1929 ' 30 RISCA JUNIORS</i>. Below this is stamped the maker's initials T.F. (Thomas Fattorini) and hallmarks, an anchor (for Birmingham), lion passant, and date letter 'E', dating the medal to 1929.
