Will I lose an upload from my Recording Package if my record is rejected?

As long as your rejected record was uploaded in good faith, we will restore an upload to the Recording Package you used to upload it. Reasons for rejection are shown on the email you receive when your record is rejected.

Important Note
Recorders should ensure that the Recording Package selected when they upload a record is one of those that they have purchased. There are three Recording Packages: Bronze, Silver and Gold. If you have purchased a Silver Package only, for example, make sure the selected 'radio button' is under that package when you upload. Uploading from the Bronze or Gold Packages in this instance would result in your record showing as 'Unpaid' and being rejected.
